We offer a wide range of services in line with our principles.

Most of our services are free, however, we do encourage and recommend giving a donation when utilising our services to enable us to keep running and offering the support that we do.
Often before and after a diagnosis there is a period of questioning.
Often we get comments such as "what now", "nothing has changed". We can help with this, we offer tailored support to navigate this process.
We offer a monthly support group to all autistic women, those searching for a diagnosis, have a diagnosis, self diagnosed and those who just want to chat.
